Yes, white-label is included on every plan. This removes all ProductLift branding from the portal and emails.
Can I use it both internally and publicly?
Yes, each portal can be private or public. You can use it internally for you and your team, share it with logged-in users, or with everyone in public. You can also configure each tab as public or private (e.g., declined or in-review features).
Is a custom domain available?
Yes, by default, you'll have your own name.productlift.dev domain. You can set up your own custom domain, such as roadmap.yourwebsite.com.
What is an admin?
An admin is a team member from your company with access to manage the portal. Typically developers, marketeers, product managers, and sales are part of the team. End-users (voters, customers) are always unlimited and free.
Can I add more admins to my plan?
Yes, you can add extra admins to any plan for $15/month each. Starter includes 2 admins, Pro includes 5, and Business includes 25.
How many users can vote or provide feedback?
Unlimited. Every plan includes unlimited end-users at no extra cost. There are no tracked-user fees.
